Here at D&A Recruitment we are looking to recruit 2x experienced HGV Class 2 driver full time in the Huntingdon area.

An exciting ongoing opportunity to work for a well-respected logistics distribution and supply chain company as a HGV class 2 driver.

Essential Requirements:

• Immediate start.
• Literate, with good English language skills.
• HGV class 2 driver.
• Valid CPC & Tacho.
• Ability to conduct dynamic risk assessments whilst driving.
• Excellent organisation and time management skills.
• Good awareness of surroundings.
• Confident in working unsupervised.

Your duties will include:

• Delivering flooring materials.
• Some handball can be heavy and dusty.
• Full time Rate of pay: £28000pa.
• Full time Rate of pay: £29000pa after 6 months.
• Overtime paid at time and a third.
• Average hours 8-10 per day. £42.5pw
• Ensure the vehicle is driven in line with the operators licence.
• Carry out daily maintenance checks.
• Complete POD for deliveries.
