Customer Service Advisors are needed in Cambridge! The starting salary will be £11 an hour along with a normal 9-5 shift Monday to Friday. Along with that package, we offer a 24/7 service for any enquiries that you may have. Also, there is an opportunity to land a permanent contract.

Job Description:

•  Answering a high volume of customer and field-based employee calls
• Complaints handling and management
• Email processing
• Maintaining CRM database
• Liaising with internal departments to acquire customer enquiry resolutions 

Job Requirements:

• Experience within a customer service environment 
• Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously 
• Excellent verbal and written communicator
