Warehouse Operative

D&A Recruitment are currently looking for hardworking Warehouse Operatives to work in the St Neots area. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone who is looking for regular ongoing work with the lead up to Christmas!

Immediate starts available!


We currently have the following shift patterns available

Monday to Friday Rotating shifts 06:00-14:00 & 14:00-22:00

Monday to Friday 08:00-16:00

Sunday to Thursday 22:00-06:00 


There will also be an opportunity to work 6 shifts a week!!


Standard – £9.80 to £10.00 p/h

Overtime – £14.70 to £15.00 p/h


  • Hard working individuals.
  • Warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential.
  • Admin experience is beneficial but not essential.
  • Good level of English communication. 
  • This can be a physically demanding job so you will need to be a dedicated individual.

Your main duties are:

  • Picking/Packing orders.
  • General tidying of warehouse.
  • Processing orders.
  • Breaking down pallets and cages.
  • Helping with the admin of the warehouse to make sure the operation runs smoothly.
