D&A group are currently looking an Administrator to join the distribution team in a busy food supplier. This will be an ongoing contract that will be on a temp-perm basis with one of our best clients. The shift pattern is 4 on and 4 off with start times to be agreed.

This role can start immediately for the right candidate

Essential Requirements:

  • At least one years’ administration experience in a distribution/manufacturing environment
  • Able to complete administrative takes including good in and goods out load sheets
  • Good level of English communication with customers and clients
  • Able to manage driver rotas and fleet allocation
  • Understanding of licence requirements

Your duties will include:

  • Ensuring all legal obligations are met
  • Communicating with clients and transport team
  • Ensuring paperwork meets all legal requirements and is stored correctly
  • Awareness of food safety and health and safety in the workplace
  • This is ongoing work with the opportunity of temp-perm
