As an IT Support Technician, you will:
– Provide 1st Line support to employees and clients
– Communicate via the telephone and in person in a professional and knowledgeable manner
– Engage with 2nd and 3rd line support staff for potential escalation
– Office 365
– Active Directory
– Windows Server Operating Systems
– Hardware set-up and configuration
