your duties will include:
- Preparing seasonal ingredients
- Cooking and plating high quality fine dining dishes
- Stock control and management
- Designing seasonal dishes
- Ensuring hygiene standards are maintained at all times
- Managing and mentoring junior kitchen staff
- Acting as Head Chef in their absence
The successful candidate will be highly talented and creative with previous experience as a Sous Chef in a fine dining kitchen.
