Our client, a luxury hotel and restaurant on the outskirts of Newmarket is currently recruiting a Sous Chef for their expanding kitchen team.

your duties will include:

  • Preparing seasonal ingredients
  • Cooking and plating high quality fine dining dishes
  • Stock control and management
  • Designing seasonal dishes
  • Ensuring hygiene standards are maintained at all times
  • Managing and mentoring junior kitchen staff
  • Acting as Head Chef in their absence

The successful candidate will be highly talented and creative with previous experience as a Sous Chef in a fine dining kitchen.
