The newly refurbished luxury hotel and restaurant, located on the outskirts of Newmarket, requires a professional and hands on individual who is confident in leading the team under pressure.

· Preparing seasonal ingredients
· Cooking and plating high quality dishes
· Stock control and management
· Designing seasonal dishes
· Ensuring hygiene standards are maintained at all times
· Managing and mentoring junior kitchen staff
· Acting as Head Chef in their absence
The successful candidate will be highly talented and creative with previous experience as a Sous Chef in a fine dining kitchen.
· Salary of up to £27,500 – £30,500per annum
