Here at D&A Recruitment we are looking on behalf of our client for a Head Chef to enrich their expanding kitchen team. Our client based just outside Cambridge, requires a professional and hands on individual who is confident in leading the team under pressure. D&A is independently run meaning we pride ourselves on our customer service and competitive rates, we take pride in everything we do and try our best to develop long lasting relationships with clients and candidates.

If you are an enthusiastic and passionate Head Chef, we have just the opportunity for you. 

Job Description:

  • Starting at 48 hours per week
  • A mixture of straight and split shifts
  • Flexible hours on the weekend 

Company Requirements:

  • Preparing seasonal ingredients
  • Cooking and plating high quality dishes
  • Stock control and management
  • Designing seasonal dishes
  • Ensuring hygiene standards are maintained at all times
  • Managing and mentoring junior kitchen staff

The successful candidate will be highly talented and creative with previous experience as a Head Chef in a fine dining kitchen.
