Stunning Restaurant / Hotel Bar is looking for a strong Chef de partie to join its growing team.
offering an a la carte, function and events to a high food standard, all freshly produced.
This Chef de partie role will classically cover a section for prep, service and clear down, so having previous experience in a classically trained hotel kitchen would be ideal and a chef qualification of at least level 2 is ideal but not essential.
Chef de partie- The role.
-working 5/7 days per week.
-covering and responsible for own section- sauce/larder/veg/pastry.
-working share of functions, a la carte and events on a rota basis.
-Fresh food experience due to business requirements.

-At least two years in a professional chef experience.
-Previous roles help at Chef de partie level.
-Chef de partie duties generally.
-Ability to communicate requirements to senior chefs such as ordering, prep and service.
-Can do attitude.
-Passion and drive as a chef.
